Come build something that matters.

We are a small team working on a problem we genuinely believe in. If the relationship between how riders move and how horses feel beneath them matters to you, read on.

Building the data layer for equestrian sport.

We believe equestrian sport deserves the same data-driven coaching tools available to every other professional sport. Using only a smartphone, Rider's Position Coach measures what the horse feels from the rider's seat, turning every ride into objective feedback on balance, stability, rhythm and impact.

We are based in Stockholm. We work alongside researchers from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and SLU Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences. Our mission and our commercial ambition are the same thing.

Seven years of peer-reviewed research. A product that works. A market that is ready.

Two roles. Both voluntary. Both real.

These are not intern tasks or busy work. We are looking for people who want to take ownership, grow with a mission-driven startup, and leave a mark on something being built from the ground up.

Voluntary

Head of Social

"We are building a product that measures what a horse feels beneath its rider. This role is how we tell that story to the world."

3–5 hrs/week Fully remote Flexible schedule Voluntary

What you'll do

  • Own our Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. Content creation, posting, community engagement
  • Develop 3–5 posts per week that feel human, not corporate
  • Grow our follower base and improve engagement rate with a focus on meaningful metrics
  • Track what works, drop what doesn't, and bring ideas to the team
  • Help shape the brand voice across all social channels

Skills we're looking for

  • Active, confident presence on Instagram and TikTok. You know how these platforms actually work
  • Video and Reels editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or whatever you use)
  • Eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency
  • Basic analytics literacy: reach, engagement rate and follower growth
  • Passion for horses or equestrian sport is a strong advantage

Flexible work

  • Fully remote. Work from anywhere
  • Set your own schedule. We care about output, not hours
  • Regular check-in with the team, your choice of cadence
  • 3–5 hours per week, fits around a job, degree or other commitments

What you get

  • A real, defensible portfolio piece on a mission-driven equestrian brand
  • Connection to the Swedish and international equestrian community
  • Honest reference letter on completion
  • First consideration for any paid role that opens

Voluntary

Head of Sales

"Riding schools across Sweden are coaching without data. This role is how we change that."

4–6 hrs/week Fully remote Flexible schedule Voluntary

What you'll do

  • Identify and reach out to riding schools, equestrian programs and trainers across Sweden and the UK
  • Run discovery conversations and product demos. We train you fully
  • Build and maintain a simple lead pipeline
  • Help shape our outreach messaging based on what you learn in the field
  • Feed product intelligence back to the team

Skills we're looking for

  • Confident communicator, comfortable with cold outreach and follow-up
  • Self-directed and organised. You can manage a pipeline without being chased
  • Swedish speaker strongly preferred for the Sweden market
  • Interest in equestrian sport, animal welfare or health tech
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or Google Sheets a plus, not a requirement

Flexible work

  • Fully remote. Calls and outreach on your schedule
  • 4–6 hours per week, fits alongside other commitments
  • No fixed hours. Structure your week around what works for you
  • Regular check-ins with the team to align on targets and approach

What you get

  • End-to-end sales experience with real scientific and research backing behind the product
  • A growing Swedish and UK equestrian network
  • Performance recognition if targets are met
  • First pathway to a paid role as the company grows
